In Simple Terms, What is Stamping?
Stamping is when you place a piece of sheet metal into a press where the tool will either bend it or press a hole into the sheet metal.

MATERIALS & OPERATIONS

Materials:

Nearly all types of materials that can be drilled can also be cut using our machines. The most common materials are: Aluminum, Steel, Copper, Brass, and others.

 

Operations: 
For stamping, there are two processes that EPower Corp can carry out more efficiently than others and they are:

 

  • Bending - The material is bent along a straight line

  • Blanking - A specific shape is cut out of sheet metal

FINISHES & PRINTING

Depending on your product, there is most likely some sort finish and or printing that goes into the finished product. EPower Corp has the capabilities to do the following:

  • Polishing
